[Resolved] Axis Bank — Fraud call received

Hi Bank,

I have received one Fake call from the mobile number [protected] and asking for the credit card details by saying you have received 4900 cash back from the card.

I have then eqnuired in the customer card there were no cash back due on the bank.

Can you please do immediate action on the quoted number above as it can be disaster for others card holders.

We would like to inform you that Axis Bank never asks information like Debit Card number, Credit card number, ATM PIN or any other sensitive information over the phone/SMS or in Email. Please do not share this details with anyone claiming to be calling from Axis Bank.
