Axis Bank — Fraud loan in the name of employment

I am SHARAN JIT SINGH, an ABYB student of 15 batch of manipal academy (Karnataka).

I got posted in SOL ID 4358 BALLY CAL WB Br. Where from day 1 I had to do cold calling (i.e. door to door calling, shop to shop, and pitching products to the people who comes to the atm which is 500 meters away from our branch) nearly 6 hours a day and no Operations work. And which was not mentioned anywhere in my joining/offer letter.

Before joining ABYBP an during my course I was told 80% is operations and 20% is sales. But when i got posted in branch the scenarios was totally different. I was an extra employee with no desk to interact with the customers to provide them service.

Inspite of that i called my regional HR's i.e AAMIL KAZIM and SIDDARTH CHAKRABORTY for the transfer of my branch or to provide a branch where i will get desk. But of no use. They only told me that they are not having any vacancy.

My question is if you do not have vacancies then why you recruit?
I paid 4 LAKHS for the cold calling? I must have rather joined as a sales officer.
Axis bank has wasted my 18 months and 4 lakh rupees.

I am having this fraud loan burden on my head now, and I am being left with no other option then to file a suit in consumer court and ombudsman. I am going to file a complaint toh the RBI today itself.

When i filled the form the website of axis bank had written as to cross sale, now it is updated as sales is the major part. If you were not doing fraud, then why have you updated it?

I request you to not to play with the life of the young aspirants, please end this ABYB Program and i want my 4 lakhs loan amount back.
