Axis Bank — fraud of credit card | |||
On Dated 5th Aug, 19 I have received a call from Axis Bank Nariman point branch saying that there is fraud transaction has been done on My Credit Card because I was not received any massage or any mail for the transaction happened and they have asked me to blocked the card. I have given permission to them for blocking the card but still the Fraud transaction has been done till 8th Aug 19. Between this period, I was communicating to Axis bank call center for outstanding amount and they were updating me there is no any outstanding amount on your card. On 14th Aug I have received a complaint No. 54284181 from Axis bank for my fraud transaction and for blocking of My card on same time they have given me some landline Number for permanently blocking my Credit card, I have called on that Number and request for permanently blocking and they have update me the card has been blocked permanently and that person have update me about the dispute the fraud transaction, so I have again call on Axis bank call center for taking the total amount of dispute then have given me only one single amount for dispute i.e. INR 4171.25 and I have raised the dispute for this amount on website of axis bank. In the Month of Aug, 19 they have send me the credit card statement with the Outstanding amount of 44220 where as earlier they have updated me there is no any outstanding amount on your card and also they have blocked my Axis card. Also the Axis bank person has been visited my Home for recovery, I have update to them also it is fraud transaction and axis bank only update me about the fraud transaction. Between this period, I have visited to nearest police station for taking FIR of Fraud transaction, but police refuse to give and they said if the card is blocked on 5th Aug then why the transaction is done till 08th Aug, 19 and they have requested for Bank letter to give FIR. Meanwhile, I were receiving a call from Axis bank recovery department for payment of outstanding amount and I have requested them for rechecking the history of above credit card as it was blocked cause of Fraudulent transaction happened. On 5th Nov, 19 Axis bank has debited my account of 9108 and showed me a negative balance of INR -41, 474, so we have called again to the Axis bank on same but unfortunately nobody have answer the call. We have again called to Axis bank on 6th Nov, 19 and file complaint against the same with complaint No.[protected] and they have given me assurance that they have raise the escalation for this case and I will receive a call from Axis bank for resolution but still I did not receive any call and I visited to the nearest Axis Bank branch, where they have update me that my account has been turn into lean account. Axis bank credit card department has done a fraud with me, i have not given any signed letter to them nor my family member have signed any paper, but still they have debit my account of INR 9108 and they having the duplicate signed document with them, when check with bank to varify the signature they said its not matched but still they have not reverse my amount they are fraud.. for doing recovery they are doing anything Was this information helpful? | |||
