[Resolved] Axis Bank — fraud through axis asap account | |||
Yesterday on dated 4 june 2019 I have opened an AXIS ASAP bank account through online form filling and providing my ADHAAR and PAN details. I have also deposited Rs.1000.00 in this newly created account. Now, today dated 5 june 2019 I suddenly received a sms from the bank as "Your A/c 773276 is debited by Rs.1000 on 5 june2019 Avbl Bal :Rs.0. Info : Account closure proceeds to DD Acct."I called the mentioned customer care number asking the reason for the account closure but didnt get satisfactory answer..infact they dont have good knowledge regarding this. Please note I did not given any consent for account closure. Kindly look into the issue on an urgent basis and refund the money or reopen my account. With regards pawan kumar.
