I received a call from a unknown number telling your reward points going to expire in axis Bank card so please check it i will be on online . Once I finished checking with typing all my credentials with my axis browsing page i received a OTP within that from my credit card the fraud has taken 71000rs. I have raised complaint in cybercrime and axis Bank . Regarding this I haven't got helped from bank side as they tell it's all shared from your phone so you have to pay the amount .. cybercrime told they will help but I'm sure I'm not gonna get back the amount ... Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 14, 2022 Updated by Karthik83 This is a fraud against our nation as if it doesn't go to people account is it going to some terrorist or other countries the government should see this .. and I also have got a call recording to my dad's number from the fraud as my dad was trying to contact the number .. when she's still active why cant crime branch or axis can't find the person . . They have also created a axis bank website . The fund is going against our indian nation .. this should be taken as a caution for Indian government and beware .. people .. This is were I got cheated .. this case is not resolved yet

I haven't still received any call from the nodal office or cyber crime department i have told customer service to give a temporary credit to my credit card account .. but still the case gets escalated .. i don't know what to do . I'm planning to take it to consumer court .. and the fraud number is still active before a week . Will you people help us ..
