Axis Bank — fraud transactions on name of one97 communications | |
My credit card has been debited by different amounts of 1500, 2500, and 9994 twice on the name of one97 communications. The total amount is wrong 25 k and i want my refund back. Below is one of the messages Inr 9994.98 was spent on your credit card xx3926 on 19-feb-20 at one97 communications. This was done without my consent and permission. On 12th February 2020, i have the send the money of Rs. 1500 to the wrong account number[protected], but the actual account number is[protected]. I have register complaint through customer call. So i need a immediate remedy for this problem.
