[Resolved] Axis Bank — Fraudulent transaction complaint : money taken without authorization | |||
I have sb account with axis in raja annamalai puram branch. Last monday (10/10/2016) i received a message in my mobile that a sum of rs.7000/- has been debited, immediately i got in a conversation with customer care executive of axis bank and raised complaint as i have not withdrew the money. I was told that the money has been taken from an atm in gumidipoondi, i registered the complaint & also requested to block my debit card immediately. I have also registered a complaint with tamil nadu police for the same. No action from axis bank as well as the police. Was this information helpful? | |||
