Axis Bank — Fraudulent Transaction using Credit Card, Request for Refund

I am Avijit Mete, Credit Card holder of Axis Bank & Indusind bank.
Writing this to bring into your kind attention that 12 (Twelve) Unauthorized/Fraudulent transactions being done using my credit card details by unknown/anonymous sources on 15th Sep 2022 between 6.10 pm to 6.40 pm. Continuously OTP was received on my mobile and without sharing any OTP/PIN/CVV/Credit Card Details to anyone the transactions happened with a value of Rs. 81, 000/- approx.

Transactions Nos. as follows:

I’ve not initiated any of the above said transactions and not shared any OTP/PIN/CVV/Credit Card Details to anyone.

I Repeatedly requesting by mail to Axix Bank Authority, But getting zero result.

I have also lodged a complain to Cyber Crime Dept, there also no result. FIR copy attached.

Please Help me out from this Fraud financial losses.
