axis bank cheat

My mother had been cheated by axis bank, when she went to take a locker, she was told that insurance in mandatory for locker. The axis bank manager gave her life gain plus policy for 20 year with 10 year pay
She told that after 3 years it can be cancelled & we would get the entire money refund after 2 more years
Now i have com to know that we would only get 30%
Axis banks are cheat...

can't access my account and debit card

I had opened asap account before few days and my account number is [protected] & axis provide me a virtual debit card also. But i can't register my account with axis mobile app and also not able to transact online through my virtual debit card. I had done rekyc too. Still i facing this problem. My rekyc rs no. Is 41186561. I raised complaint about that but no response. So please help me. I have so poor experience of axis....

I had issued a cheque (022815) to shcil services. I got a message that my cheque is returned. As i was out of station i tried to contact the branch for nearly 3 hours, but nobody takes the call when the phone is ringing.
Few months back one of my cheque was returned saying signature does not match

home loan fraud misleading

I have applied for a home loan from axis bank. I was misguided from day 1 by dsa where he forcefully tried to missell me life insurance. I refused to buy the same and told him to change the terms and never signed the sanction letter. Now after having this issue resolved i signed the sanction letter yesterday ie. 5th april 2018. one assist services - debited my amount 1899

I have received a call from axis bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis master card ending with 2681. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My account. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1899....

lien amount and charges on lien amount

Hi team,

Iam holding axis bank credit card since 4 years and iam not using it from past 1 year and they have sent my savings account into lien for 3 months and they have taken around 86000 rupees and they kept this amount in lien and they are charging me late payment charges and even though the have kept sufficient amount in lien. money deductions.

Axis bank is simply debeting money from account saying different charges each time. This month a amount of 1050 debited from account mentioning consolidated charges. Last month around 400 debited for some other charges. Apart from this there are many charges likes annual account maintain charges. Atm service charges. Minimum balance maintenance charges, cash deposit cahrges, [protected]@18% and many other charges. Is banks making money they last...

fraud my account through imps

loan executive is asking for money to proceed the loan application

Hi,
I have applied for home loan top up and submitted all my documents along with DD of 1180 rs in favor of Axis Bank Ltd on 21 Jan 2018. The below Axis Securities person has collected the document and taken 900 Rs through Paytm to sanction the loan amount through his senior.

Today i was recharging my phone number through axis bank mobile app, everything was correctly but after all typing of recharge amount and typing the m pin suddenly it shown session expired and transaction doesn't completed but the amount deducted by the bank... ifsc code invalid error

I am trying to transfer the money to one of the account in state bank of india.
But it is giving me the error while saying the ifsc code is invalid, i am using th axis mobile android app. The ifsc code is sbin0012896 and it is valid already cross checked.
Please check it.in previour version of the application it used to work fine. Don't know what happens after upgrading the app. My mob no - [protected]...

fraud with me with job offer

I thought it may be correct call not a fraud one because i am lokking for a job change.

I recharged my delhi metro rail smart card for rs 1000. Thereafter my axis bank account has been debited without my permission on two occasions i.
