Without my permission some amount getting debited from my axis bank account, It is mentioned more than 4 times in the statement like TIPS/SCG/Non MCC/20..02.23..
Please refund the amount which debited from my account.

    Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned four times in the statement like TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/20/02/2023...While making the payment to vendors I was charged already with extra fees.
    Please refund the amount as soon as possible. I have also shared the screenshot for your convenience.

      I had availed personal loan from Axis bank in 2019 for an amount of Rs. 6, 80, 000 with an EMI of 14, 331. In year 2020, Due to pandemic and loss of Mom and business, I was not able to pay 2 EMI amounting to Re.30, 555. But after that I never missed any EMI until January 2023. In January 2023, Due to some personal issue I missed an EMI. I also received the Legal notice from KS Associates dated 22nd February 2023 to pay one EMI within 15 days. I agreed and informed to Agent that i will pay Rs.14, 331 on 27th February 2023. Without fail. But still I got a call from Agent asking me to pay one EMI immediately now or entire dues on 27th February 2023. I has been called as fraud criminal mindset and also got a threat that he will come to my home and be here until I pay him one EMI, He also mentioned he will call my references and make sure I suffer on this. Even after I agree to regularize my account this kind of harassment is unacceptable. Agent Name - Amarnath - Contact [protected]. As per RBI rules this is pure harassment from collectuion agent

        The new cashier of axis bank mumbra branch employee ID 292106(hardik thakkar). He is not supportive I have current account in axis bank more than 10years but i never seen this type of employee he speaks very badly to the customers if this type of issue I have to face for future than sorry to axis bank I will never suggested anyone to open account.I request you to change the cashier.

          About 42 thousand rupees for opening salary account three months ago from today who spoke for the bank (Manojit Roy) he asked to send money to Ramkrishna Dey account. And I sent the money now it is roaming me for two months now not joining me not answering my phone.They have harassed me a lot and I can't take this anymore I need a result or solution.

              I had an Axis bank debit card. It got lost my debit card ending 5832. I went bank and they advised to block and replace the card on mobile app and I did the same and received a different new card ending 0585. Now, I am using the new card. On feb 7th, 2023, I received a mail that rupees 1178.32 for annual charge for card number xxxx5832. (the old blocked card).
              I went to two axis banks and also called customer care thrice, no one helped me to resolve the problem. Everyone pointed me to call customer care or go to bank or vice versa. I even tried communicating with my home branch through call and whatsapp. This is very bad, there is No remedy.

              It is really annoying that you have charged annual fee for an old blocked debit card. Again you are not giving any solution through bank neither customer care. There is no feature to complaint option in mobile app too. Kindly revert me without making me again going to bank or call customer care.

                  Complaints regarding fake seller but not helping

                  My family member ordered boat products from www.BoatStores.in of Rs. 749.50. I checked and found it is not reliable or may be fake seller. We contacted to seller on [protected]@gmail.com and also contact number. No response. We know that they are fraud. We contacted to Paytm and Axis Bank. My money deducted from Axis bank using Paytm and also gone to fraud seller account having axis bank and using Paytm.

                    I am Facing terrible complication in Updating my Bank Details in NPCI site for DBT Process. I first approaches to bank for this process and Branch confirms that aadhar has been Updated on NPCI site but In this it will show that technical exception due to which I am not able to submit my scholarship application form which results I am not going to get my scholarship.

                      I have a salary account in Axis bank which has been converted to a normal account without any prior information and deducting the amount every month.
                      It has been happening from September to February which is not appropriate.
                      Please look into this as I have raised concern to customer care and went to the nearest axis bank in Gurgaon but not getting any help from them.
                      They are telling us the account branch is in Bangalore and we can't help.

                      I have never been communicated via Email or SMS for any such charges they introduced.

                      If they can send promotional emails and SMS to their customers then why can't they send an alert about a new charges they impose; so that customer can maintain the balance before it goes below the required amount.

                      This happened third time with me and its not acceptable in any case. Kindly process the refund for both these debit transactions otherwise I have to CLOSE my account with Axis Bank forever.

                          I am a victim of financial fraud against a Hotel Named Sonali in Puri but the total thing is a fraud because when I checked later there was no existence of the hotel. Secondly, after reporting it to the concerned authority they not taking it seriously and in fact Axis bank customer support, as well as the Twitter handle team, are not taking the matter seriously. I know for them money doesn't matters but for me, money matters and it is my hard-earned money. After ignoring the fact they are sending me the credit bill but as a fraud I have paid part of the bill I am actually at a loss but for me, I can't pay more than that and they are not helping me to find a solution. They have harassed me a lot and I can't take this anymore I need a result or solution.

                            I, myself Patel Rameshbhai Bhikhabhai made a google pay transfer to my merchant the amount of 4400/-.on 09/12/2022 . As the money was debited from my account but the merchant has not got yet as he has closed his old upi id and so from my bank named bank of baroda i knew that my money was credited to some axis bank . The ifsc code of the bank is utib0000000. My merchant can not get the, money because of closing his old ipi account so it is my humble request to you to refund my money to my bank of baroda account so that i can pay my merchant again from my bank. my e mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. From my google pay it is seen that the transaction is completed. But the money is in some axis bank . so please refund it as early as possible.

                              Hi,
                              I have paid the minimum due payment on Feb-4-2023 via Google pay and transaction was succeeded. But that the payment not reflect in transaction history, and also the transaction history showing 750 rupees as late payment fine charges. Why am getting the penalty even am paid the min due payment. Also, i have verified the nearest branch they are saying the transaction was done but my transaction history does not shows. So, where my due payment went. Please resolve it.

                                Recently I want to purchase a new mobile ( Samsung ) it’s cost around 1 Lakh 3 thousand three hundred rupees so am using axis debit card at the time I swipe my card through shop machine at 13.02.2023 at 3.40pm Money debited my account but I’m it will not credited to that beneficiary account that time am calling axis customer service they said technical error happening so it will be credited to your account within 24 hours now today 15.02.2023 till now my money not credited to my account and that axis bank didn’t response anything kindly take action . I want my money

                                Step 1: they calling me through computer number they said it will be refunded within 24 hours but till now it will not be credited to my account Step 2 : am calling my axis branch at paramakudi that time one customer speaking to me Name sundar contact num : 7010477586 He didn’t attend my call now . Poor response also . He said call after 1 hour and then after 1 hour he didn’t attend my call

                                    Hello, There is one Rs.10000 transaction on today from my Axis bank account. I tried to call customer care number of Axis bank account and they're not aware about the details of this transaction that who is merchant and what subscription I've done.

                                    transaction is showing "NACH-DR-CTRAZORPAY". I did not have done any txn like this.

                                      I Mr.Shabbir Alam from Mumbai Mira road, We purchased a property at Mira road and availed a housing loan from Axis Bank virar branch loan is in my wife's name Nilofar shabbir. HOME LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER PHR[protected].
                                      I want to inform you that we are being targeted directly and indirectly through Axis bank employees.
                                      the first incident happened for the pre-EMI for which the cheque was already submitted to the loan officer but they didn't deposit it and for that, we paid a late fee of around Rs.400
                                      Second incident 1st EMI for the loan as we had kept a sufficient balance in our bank account but the amount was not deducted and we can see that we are charged overdue payment again.
                                      Third Incident I had already made all the payments for franking NOI for loan purposes we are receiving calls from the bank that we have to make 15000 payment to the sub-registrar office for NOI.
                                      Kindly please look into the matter and do the needful.
