I have relieved from Axis Bank ltd, Mumbai circle, Airoli IT Branch on 22nd November 2021. As per bank policy full and final settlement (Last month salary + provident fund) should be credited to employee on or before 45 days. Still the final settlement has not been done and not yet received the experience letter. Its already more than 50 days and not even receiving any single update mail from Axis Team"[protected]@axisbank.com" about the delay.
Axis HR team is not even taking responsibility to close this delay issue. At least make sure ex-employee's feel happy after going out from the axis bank ltd. Was this information helpful? |
Axis Bank team is troubling me in settling my FNF settlement, I never expected this type of service from you guys .
This is the way you treat your ex employee ?
No one is responding to mails, I use to tell all my customers there is no other bank is near to Axis in terms of Digital & Service part .
You are changing my perception .
