Hi Team,

I have been taking follow-up with Axis bank team since more than one month - but no is taking the required action. They are just guiding visit here and there only.

Even they are not ready to register the service request as well but after lots of request - I logged service request with them but without any proper rustication or reason they directly declined the request and closed it.

Hi Sir,

I find each month Axis bank end team deducting money from my account.
Back end team not informing and making -ve my account and deducting money without informing me.
It's Fraud that withdraws money from my account.
Even because of this my Loan EMI they are making a miss and charging a late fine for that also.
Even for the Oct month Emi, I made the payment because -ve shown by the bank back-end...

I have on[protected] consolated charges of 1002.61 and 18% gst to that also and this year total numberof consolated charges around 2100 rs so please help with my problem there should be limit...

Credit card payment is settled based on their letter and communication on 7th July 2021. when i moved for NOC certificate, after 45 days, they are silent and now 8th December 2021, again some other axis bank representative given torture that balance payment has to be pay around 167000.

What is your problem? Why you disterb me previously six months. Why you debited each months many amounts? Previous month you taken my 2500 rupees by the name of charge. I have submitted application in sector 63 branch for close this fraud bank account. But you didn't close it. Why? In this current month you again charge, and my account in -549 rupees. I placed an order from myprotein India on 25 November 2021 using my debit card and cancelled it on 26 November. Myprotein India initiated the refund on 2 December 2021 stating that it will get credited within 5-7 days and now its been 15 days and I still did not received my refund. Please help me to get my refund back.

I am using Axis Bank Credit Card for 7 to 8 years and the last 3 months, I am unable to pay the outstanding. I have arranged some amount to settle the outstanding.

Hi,
I closed my Credit Card one year back with paying the outstanding amount. After this I lost the track of my credit card details in my Net banking and I was not aware there was a further outstanding amount of 0.74Rs since I was not communicated and there was no way to pay the same.

Later in last month when i took my cibil report i got to know that they have made written off for certain Paisa.

I received a call today on my personal number from a girl. The contact number [protected].
She confirmed that she is calling from Axis Bank. She knew my name and that i am a user of Axis bank credit card. She mentioned that because I have most of my transactions from credit card and i have good cred score I have been given "exclusive" rewards on my credit card.
She asked me to confirm the logo colour at the right end corner...

I received a message on 15th December 2021 from axis bank stating that, “ Congratulations, welcome to Axis Bank Credit Cards! Your Application for Axis Bank Credit Card is approved. The card details will follow shortly”. However there was no further details of the card provided, also for some reason the application tracker on the bank website doesn’t work either.

In Mobile Axis Bank App when I check for upgrade credit card offer or apply for new credit card or check for limit increase always shows error message. screenshots of error massage attached. My A/c is unauthorizedly debited with Rs.10, 000 and Rs.5, 000 on 16/11/2021. The same was reported by me to the branch in person. My grievance is not resolved in spite of reporting for a 2nd time with your Greenlands Branch, Begumpet where my A/c is existing.
