[Resolved]  Axis Bank — funds transfer from icici account to axis bank message account blocked/frozen

Today, i was doing funds transfer from my icici online banking to my registered axis bank account. When i entered the money & submitted the request to transfer, i get the message - "account frozen / locked".

However when i tried it for other bank account (Bank of baroda) - i could transfer it successfully.

So, the funds transfer problem is with axis account. However there was no intimation from axis bank about my account being locked or frozen. For my surprise, when i log into axis online banking account - i could pay axis credit card bill with my axis debit account.

There is less balance in my axis account but i never received a message of stating that my account would be locked. I am totally amused with the message of account frozen/locked when i am transferring money to my axis account from other banks online banking accounts.

Could you please advise on this.

During transcation i mention wrong Id axis bank told me it is successfull raise many complain but not resolved. Service Request No: 43461213 Customer ID : [protected] reference ID[protected] KINDLY U CHECK UPI ID IS CORRECT OR NOT . IN THIS TRANSCATION I AM MENTION [protected]@UPI THIS IS WRONG ID .

Unfortunately my company is having salary account with your stupid bank.. where almost all the employees are useless. I have sent many mail related to my money got locked in lien balance but no reply yet received .Almost 1500 lost there is no proper way is available to recover my balance.
