Axis Bank — Got fake call asking for ATM card details

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal, 700136

Hi, Today got a call from [protected] at 12:37pm IST. THe lady was telling the bank is going to provide me a more safe ATM card where a security chip will be there. So, the current card would be deactivated. So, they need to verify the details before they dispatch the card. So, she was aksing for expirry date and CVV details.
But I didn't provide that and she disconnect the call. COuld you please take action urgently?

Thanks for bringing this to our notice. Also, please note that Axis Bank will never call you to ask for your Debit Card, CVV or PIN number. If you receive such calls, do not share any information.

But what actions you have taken ? that lady could call other customers also and get the card details? Shoudnt u log a police complaint and prosecute these people?
