Let my inform you that your recovery agents are harassing and abusing me and my contacts for credit card settlement which is against the law as per the legal and law sections they cannot abuse and cannot harass but still they are doing so.. I have recorded all their calls where in they are abusing and representing Axis Bank and submitting a complaint at a police station and in consumer civil court too as My mom got hospitalise because of their language and harassment.
Apart from that let me tell you that my partner ran away with that card and used it fully and then my business got shut down and got bankrupted completely.. still I want to settle the Amount directly with bank and I am still broke but will take some loan around 30k and can pay you in a one go if you are ready to settle in one shot payment.. I have no money and still I would like to do the best I can do from my end.
Apart from the case and complaint I am going to file against your recovery team if you are ready with the quoted amount to settle the card can revert me back and I will pay you in 2 days in one shot.
