I have applied for a home loan from axis bank. I was misguided from day 1 by dsa where he forcefully tried to missell me life insurance. I refused to buy the same and told him to change the terms and never signed the sanction letter. Now after having this issue resolved i signed the sanction letter yesterday ie. 5th april 2018. I am following up continuously with the dsa for my disbursement cheque, he was supposed to hand it to me at 10 am today on 6th march. When i call him repeatedly after his missed timelines he tells me he is at the bank and waiting for the cheque to be prepared.
Ironically the dsa and bank bothe are telling me that i will be charged the interest form 26th mar as on their system the cheque was prepared on 26th march.
I do not understand; without signing sanction letter, how did they do it.
Also as on 6th april after me running calling them 100's of times i still don't have the cheque in my hand and they still shamelessly insist they will charge me interest from 26th march.
What can i do?
I have call recording of all my conversations with axis call centre staff as well as my dsa confirming all that i have stated.
