I was using my debit card for online shopping on 13th mar, 18 & i put the same otp which i have received after that my debit card was blocked & i went axis bank of bhikaji cama place delhi branch 3 times they said after 24 hours the card will start working but till now i am unable to do online shopping yaa its working offline but online its not. Today is 6th april, 2018 almost 24 days are over my card card is still block for online purchasing. I am suffering lots of problem kindly solve my issue asap.

I'm neelavathy, 2 months before I applied for a NEO credit card, they people called lot of times, and several times they came for documents verification now I received a message your NEO credit card has been declined. Why? I need a proper reason.

    home loan fraud misleading

    I have applied for a home loan from axis bank. I was misguided from day 1 by dsa where he forcefully tried to missell me life insurance. I refused to buy the same and told him to change the terms and never signed the sanction letter. Now after having this issue resolved i signed the sanction letter yesterday ie. 5th april 2018. I am following up continuously with the dsa for my disbursement cheque, he was supposed to hand it to me at 10 am...

    one assist services - debited my amount 1899

    I have received a call from axis bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis master card ending with 2681. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
    Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My account. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1899....

    Dear sir,

    This is inform you that i have a edc machine of axis bank ltd.
    And a current a/c no. Also. My a/c no. Is [protected]
    I have a edc machine lien problem and you have charges double in my account i have great surprise of wrong system. I made a complaint directly to axis bank edc dept to ms. Diksh atsector -1128 noida up and she says problem desolved within 3 days but till date not any reaction to diksh site. Not any reply to me times on your call center numbers but they didnt do any thing. Because of machine double charges and bank have deduct the mony. So at the end please desolve the problem soon

      This is vipul grover from kapurthala punjab. I m using my account from 6years. One of the employee name mohan preet misbehaved with me and it has happened second time. So plz take action otherwise i have to close my account. Every time when we visit bank she doesn't talk properly if she talks then it is full of attitude. She is not polite don't know how to deal with elders

        From last 2 month i had face so many problems i. E debiting my money for unnecessary charge. By mistake i had click the onl9 link then after i had continuosly charged of rs 300 evry month so its a request to deactiavte my all service which is connected to my bank account so its a request so that i will continue with ur firm bcoz last 2 month i didnt get the solution

          Dear Sir,
          I hereby confirm that the below transaction were not done by me:
          Received a call on my office landline and being informed that this is from AXIS Bank regarding non encashment/utilisation of my Rewards point of 4900/- which is lapsed.
          To restore the same they ask my Date of birth and card expiry date.
          1. Send me the message for 4900 with OTP to restore it which I share once they clear my doubts by saying that I should not share Mother’s name and PIN.
          2. Immediately I received a call from Axis Bank asking if I have done a transaction of 5000/-.
          I refused then they inform me it was a fraud and ask me to block the Card & subsequently did it & informed me to call customer care for this.

            I have submitted my aadhar to pnb, axis bank & kotak mahindra bank for seeding purpose, but they are facing issues in seeding.
            Npci website shows my aadhar looking with bank "kotak mahindra bank"and that account is closed. Bank has de - linked aadhar from that account.
            Due to this issue my lpg subsidy is not getting.

                I booked a ticket of Chatered bus from Ahmedabad to Indore for 2nd March 2021 and the amount was deducted twice for my single ticket.I have not received any update nor refund till now. Please help me out.

                  Hi team,

                  Thank you so much for being a support to your customers. I am very sorry to say that i'm in a little trouble in paying credit card bill.
                  What happened was that in nov 17, i had a bill of inr 45, 000. I was unable to pay it at one go and the bill got bounced.
                  As of now, the payment left is rs. 35000. Every month i am getting a notification to pay certain sum of money as minimum due, this month i got rs. 1800 approx to pay.
                  This is just increasing the interest day by day and i am getting like nowhere, the remaining dues feel to be not decreasing. I don't want this to keep happening for years and want to get this resolved asap.

                  Please help me to get out of this troublesome situation.

                  I had a conversation with the customer service team of axis who speak as if they are robots and aren't helpful. I am much in need of getting this issue resolved.

I am sorry but your salesman will be don’t understand how to talk with customer. And i agree my bill was pending. But please understand my situation, and i’ll pay.                       I have never seen such a poor bank. I have updated all my details pan/aadhar everything is visible if i login through net banking. But you guys have frozen my account mentioning invalid pan. I have been using axis bank account for more than 10 years and updated my pan details long back. But still i am not sure whose pan number you are searching. I can also see from rbi rules the debit freeze can be applied only ever for balance is 5 lakhs or deposit is 2 lakhs. I am not under these two circumstances then. How come you can freeze my account.

                      Thanks for your response but I want to know what is the action taken by the bank against such issue and how bank will pay my losses, faced during this freeze period.Which has huge impacted on my financial condition.Or rather i have to close my account and switch to another bank with my convenience.

                        I have made a imps transaction of rs. 2000 on[protected] from my axis bank account to icici bank account.in the transaction enquiry page the status of my above transaction is showing as "suspect". The amount from my account is not debited.
                        I want to know is there a chance, that this transaction will be successful some time later. So that i can make another transaction for the same account.

                                Dear concern,

                                I pronami chakraborty with a/c# [protected] with axis bank had applied for locker over axis mobile app on 18 feb 2018. Got server error while booking the locker and received message that 4 lockers have been booked. I contacted customer care they said they will cancel 3 bookings and reverse the money deducted for 3 extra bookings within 48 hours. Nothing happened. Went to the survey park, kolkata branch, spoke to the concerned person and was assured that it will be done asap. But forget about cancellation and reversal of money deducted illegally for 3 extra lockers, i received the message again today that for next year as well the money will be deducted for all 4 lockers... Not getting any help from your customer service or branch personnel.

                                  I am currently not in india for few months.
                                  But i wanted to activate my Axis Bank Mutual funds by verifying KYC.
                                  So my brother had been to Ahmedabad main office.
                                  Where he met “Dhwanit Yogeshkumar Pandya”(+91-[protected]) on 30/03/2018. But He mislead him by saying that i will do your all the stuff you just provide me your brother detail and you just needs to activate one scheme which i will provide.
                                  On the same day he sent me few mails about his scheme whatever he wanted to sell.
                                  But I didn’t show him more interest in their scheam instead how to verify KYC for MF actiavation.
                                  So he didn’t reply to my mails for 2-3 days, so i again email him and even tried to call him to know the further action about KYC, but he didn’t respond.

                                  Then today (04/04/2018) he replied my mail by simply saying that “we are not able to proceed kyc of mf for that so you need to contact mutual fund office”. And thats it.
                                  I knew his behavior just because I didn’t show him interest in his commision based schemes.

                                  I will send here his email replies snapshots.

                                  I am really upset with this Axis Bank service and such cheap peoples who are just finding their commisions instead of customer support.

                                    I tried to contact ( 40 times through call & 5 times through email. I have the screenshot of everything) the axis branch where my account was created, but they don't have the courtesy to respond.
