Dear Sir,
I hereby confirm that the below transaction were not done by me:
Received a call on my office landline and being informed that this is from AXIS Bank regarding non encashment/utilisation of my Rewards point of 4900/- which is lapsed.
To restore the same they ask my Date of birth and card expiry date.
1. Send me the message for 4900 with OTP to restore it which I share once they clear my doubts by saying that I should not share Mother’s name and PIN.
2. Immediately I received a call from Axis Bank asking if I have done a transaction of 5000/-.
I refused then they inform me it was a fraud and ask me to block the Card & subsequently did it & informed me to call customer care for this.

    aadhar to bank linking status is inactive in npci website

    Sir/ madam
    I have submitted my aadhar to pnb, axis bank & kotak mahindra bank for seeding purpose, but they are facing issues in seeding.
    Npci website shows my aadhar looking with bank "kotak mahindra bank"and that account is closed. Bank has de - linked aadhar from that account.
    Due to this issue my lpg subsidy is not getting.
    - credited to my bank account.

        Hi team,

        Thank you so much for being a support to your customers. I am very sorry to say that i'm in a little trouble in paying credit card bill.
        What happened was that in nov 17, i had a bill of inr 45, 000. I was unable to pay it at one go and the bill got bounced.
        As of now, the payment left is rs. 35000. Every month i am getting a notification to pay certain sum of money as minimum due, this month i got rs. 1800 approx to pay.
        This is just increasing the interest day by day and i am getting like nowhere, the remaining dues feel to be not decreasing. I don't want this to keep happening for years and want to get this resolved asap.

        Please help me to get out of this troublesome situation.

        I had a conversation with the customer service team of axis who speak as if they are robots and aren't helpful. I am much in need of getting this issue resolved.

        Desirable resolution :- please help us to get the remaining amount settled and paid in installments.

        Now I took 2 Loan from Axis Bank and Repayment details is the Savings account.
        Now the Savings account is Frozen, I cant deposit any amount on that account.

            I have never seen such a poor bank. I have updated all my details pan/aadhar everything is visible if i login through net banking. But you guys have frozen my account mentioning invalid pan. I have been using axis bank account for more than 10 years and updated my pan details long back. But still i am not sure whose pan number you are searching. I can also see from rbi rules the debit freeze can be applied only ever for balance is 5 lakhs or deposit is 2 lakhs. I am not under these two circumstances then. How come you can freeze my account.

            Thanks for your response but I want to know what is the action taken by the bank against such issue and how bank will pay my losses, faced during this freeze period.Which has huge impacted on my financial condition.Or rather i have to close my account and switch to another bank with my convenience.

              I have made a imps transaction of rs. 2000 on[protected] from my axis bank account to icici bank account.in the transaction enquiry page the status of my above transaction is showing as "suspect". The amount from my account is not debited.
              I want to know is there a chance, that this transaction will be successful some time later. So that i can make another transaction for the same account.

Got server error while booking the locker and received message that 4 lockers have been booked. I contacted customer care they said they will cancel 3 bookings and reverse the money deducted for 3 extra bookings within 48 hours. Nothing happened.                       I am currently not in india for few months.
                      But i wanted to activate my Axis Bank Mutual funds by verifying KYC.
                      So my brother had been to Ahmedabad main office.
                      Where he met “Dhwanit Yogeshkumar Pandya”(+91-[protected]) on 30/03/2018. But He mislead him by saying that i will do your all the stuff you just provide me your brother detail and you just needs to activate one scheme which i will provide.
                      On the same day he sent me few mails about his scheme whatever he wanted to sell.
                      But I didn’t show him more interest in their scheam instead how to verify KYC for MF actiavation.
                      So he didn’t reply to my mails for 2-3 days, so i again email him and even tried to call him to know the further action about KYC, but he didn’t respond.

                      Then today (04/04/2018) he replied my mail by simply saying that “we are not able to proceed kyc of mf for that so you need to contact mutual fund office”. And thats it.
                      I knew his behavior just because I didn’t show him interest in his commision based schemes.

                      I will send here his email replies snapshots.

                      I am really upset with this Axis Bank service and such cheap peoples who are just finding their commisions instead of customer support.

                            I have gone to Axis bank on Saturday to issue debit card and they said within 48hrs the card will be active. When i went on Tuesday, they said wait for another 24hrs and i waited as they said. i went again today (Wednesday) again the same statement they are throwing at me. The behavior was too bad. the shut the bank's shutter on my face because it was 3:30 PM. i begged them saying its my salary account, i am blocked coz i have no money they just ignored. I felt like, i had never been treated this bad before. Even i have my office, i can not go there everyday leaving my office. Such a worst service. Too bad. i will never suggest anyone to go to axis bank. even i am thinking of switching my salary account to some other bank. As no service or help i am getting when i actually need a help. Everyday calls for credit card, loans and all does not please the customer.

                              I had deposited cash in axis bank cdm machine located in chakan area of pune district on 28/03/2018 around 7:30pm but unfortunately after cash deposit, cdm machine went out of service as a result i didn't get payment deposit slip and amount not get credited to below beneficiary account

                              Bank officials of axis bank chakan branch not supporting me.
                              Whenever me or my family member visited branch for asking the deposit date of said amount into beneficiary account, branch officials do not behave properly with us. Also they said that it is not their job to find were money has been stuck. Even branch manager not supporting us inspite of continuous visit to the branch.

                              I request you sir to please intervene in this matter on urgent basis as my business cash has been stuck from last more than 7th days.

                                My debit card not running at only subhanpura, vadodara branch new installed atm machine for that i am contact to main branch racecourse, vadodara. They said that we don't know about this matter & said that you can purchase new card as your own cost.
                                At present my debit card validity is 10/2020. So, they should i can bare money for new debit card. It is a bank machine fault.

                                My Debit Card not running at only Subhanpura, Vadodara Branch New installed ATM Machine for that i am contact to main branch Racecourse, Vadodara. they said that we don't know about this matter & said that you can purchase new card as your own cost.
                                At present my debit card validity is 10/2020. So, they should i can bare money for new debit card. It is a bank machine fault.
                                So, please do needful for that.
                                There are no holdings or outstanding DP charges in my Demat Account & I want to close it.
                                I am not going to use near future. Kindly close it, I also mail to axisbank also.

                                  As was brought to your attention on saturday the 3rd march 2018, axis bank has returned a cheque no. 147995 given in favour of the new india assurance company inspite of holding adequate funds in the saving account.
                                  Rendering my entire family vulnerable the incident crossed the last date for payment of insurance premium. Upon visit to the bank on saturday 3rd march 2018 the reason for such an action was rekyc.

                                  In the first instance the bank already has my pan card no given and correct address as it always sends the cheque books to the address.

                                  This unwarranted harassment by the bank has led to un required loss of money, time and energy at our end and penalty charges for an unpaid cheque and anxiety of an emotional trauma and physical nature.

                                  If any untoward incident had happened during the time period, our insurance was lapsed, would the bank have taken the responsibility of my family health and expenses?

                                  Comfortably to suit their needs they block withdrawals to our accounts but continue to accept deposits so that they are able to use these funds for their banking business.

                                  The bankers refused to release funds from my saving account unless rekyc was done, forcing me to spend an entire day attending to nothing else but returning to the bank with the documents to complete rekyc activity, putting all personal work and attention to my 80 year old father on the back seat to attend to the banks requirements at the whims and fancies of the bank being at its beck and call. Harassment to the common man for his own money!!!

                                  There is so much distrust in the documents a person holds given by the government that the bank wants an individual to submit his pan number again and again and again…. Isn’t the pan number a permanent number for life which the bank already has when a banking customer opens an account.

                                  How about the banks proving to the customer their credibility in safeguarding the savings of common man in the light of many fraud and bogus accounts that banks create and are a party to?

                                  Why does everything have to be a one sided arrangement, to suit the high and mighty?

                                  I demand reimbursement and compensation of the penalty charges, a lost day and the mental anxiety and emotional disturbance caused to me and my family.

                                    My name is mayur from pune

                                    I am having savings account in axis bank pune. I am facing serious issue of lien mark of amount 4650 from 2 months. And this lien is applied 2 times by axis bank.

                                    On 27 feb 2018 i have purchased some stuffs of amount 4650 using axis debit card. At that time my payment was successful with rs 4650, i am also having merchant receipt of same. But on 14 march 2018 same amount of rs 4650 was again debited from account with lien mark on account. Then i had taken continuous follow - up with customer care team for same but my problem was not resolved at that time and my branch was also not supporting me to sort out this issue. I raised mail to nodal officer (Ankur baghel) of axis bank on 20 march 2018, then on 22 march 2018 that lien was removed from my account.
                                    But again means on second time the same amount got debited from my account on 28 march 2018. I am taking continues follow up with customer care team but the answer from them is "wait for 2 days your case is still pending". And when i tried to call that nodal officer he is not taking my calls.
