As detailed below loan account number, Cheque got bounced due to insufficient funds for 05.02.2018 & 05.03.2018. My loan statement was very clear until Axis bank started to debiting bouncing charges more than 3 times in a month. For the EMI 3044, I could not pay Rs.3000 as bounce charges. So i was not cleared the Pending ECS till date.
Recently your collection team Spoke with me regarding ECS return, And they requested to clear the payment. Mr.Chinnadurai ( [protected] ) spoke with me i tried to explain my bounce charges but he can't even understand what i'm trying to say. So i requested him not call or transfer the call to your senior person. As requested he has sent Mr. Balaji ( Manger - [protected] ) Contact number. I Spoke with him and clarified the Situation and I said I will come with the proper details to bank by the first week of April 2018. Since this was happening for the second time i requested him to wait until the issue get cleared from bankers side.
Even after i informed them that i will be in bank by 1st week of April, they continued to call me several times a day. So i have not attended any calls from your collection agency.
Today Morning Mr.Rajagopal called me and he informed me to clear at least one of your pending EMI coz of year end. I informed him to listen about my Bouncing charges " He just replied with a Vulgar words for 3000 i cannot listen to your words, Saying that your working in Teamlease You will see What I'm going to do, And he is saying that everything was in recording. After he spoke a vulgar words and harassed me i started to defend, He is saying that he will pass the cheque for entire amount for my loan outstanding & I file case against you in a court.
The call was on 03.04.2018 @ 12.43
Is this the way of asking the payment without hearing the request from Customer, Using Vulgar words against the customer, Threatening the customer.
As on date from First date ECS my account was very clear until you're debiting the bouncing charges for more than 3 times.
My previous Escalation mail was herewith for your reference out. Last time I have paid my ECS thru netbanking even tho cheque bounce charges i have paid around 3000 only thing i got back Rs.632 Bouncing charge was waived off.
And once again the same issue. I'm ready to pay my pending ECS by end of the day " Can you refund my bouncing charges ???". If i need a clarification none of your team not going to clarify me even your customer care.
If the problem was on both sides it has to be clarified, If the bank only requires payment and never ever listen to the Customer Request then why these guys are keep on calling me, And at the end harassing, Threatening.
These kind of words are very very cheap from the collection team,
I need prompt response and immediate action against this. Request you to treat this as serious.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
And confirmed on 10 march 2018.
But till now it not received. And bank officials also not taken any action on it.
