[Resolved] Axis Bank — Home Loan - repeated reminder calls | |||||
Hi, i have a home loan from axis bank with zero default history. For the last few months i have started receiving automated voice calls every day for the 4-5 days preceding my due date asking me to fund my account. These usually come at 7-7.30 in the morning. Now the bank has decided to take this harassment a step further. My due date is on the 5th and i am now receiving personal calls from third party employees every day asking me if my account is funded. This is ridiculous and takes customer harassment to a new level. Why does a bank need to harass paying customers? How can they give my data to a third party and then tell them to call me every single day a week before the loan is due??? Was this information helpful? | |||||

I applied for a credit card with Axis Bank. They contacted me and collected my documents from me. After they collected the papers, there was no response and I only received a message on my phone that the application has been declined. I am not satisfied with this service.
