Axis Bank — Horrible service | |||
November 2016 I was applying a personal loan from your company, which is sanction on December 6'2016. But your concerns manager didn't disbursement due to some lesser amount, after that your executive told me if you would done within 6 th january 2017 then it's disbursed, but on 3rd January 2017 your executive told me you have to again give me all documents I will again apply your loan application then again I had submitted all documents on 7th January 2017. Yesterday when I called up your executive he told me that my application was rejected. If previous month your credit team gives me approval then why after 1 month your credit team rejected? It's horrible service. Your executive due to login target again doing fresh login but didn't disbursement previous sanctioned loan. Why am I suffered for all of this that reason my cibil report and cibil score also going bad. If that's kind of service you people doing with customers then please it's serious issues for me.
