Axis Bank — I am complaining against our local brand assistant manager

Respected sir / madam
I like to take your kind attention that my mother she is an ex headmistress and senior citizen all our local branch axis bank for some information to one of the senior staff, she hold the phone and the words she used and really abused her and treated her that she is a senior staff in the bank and she could not help her and not to call her, this is not expected from the bank and i like to mentioned that this bank is located down to our apartment and the senior staff knew her very well, she behaved badly due to we didn't do a fixed deposit and some mutual funds she was offering us from that day she was behavior was bad and rude but today it have got out of limits.
