The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.
The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

I had fraudulent transactions happened on my debit card with out my concern or otp as below on 03 October 2019

Debited with Rs 16400.00 on[protected]:37:54 at PUR/GOOGLE *SEN THI VU/[protected].

I lost inr 16400 without my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.

I have been a good pay master until a year back when i went through bad time. I was diagnosed with tumor in the abdomen and underwent major surgery. I spent lot of money for my treatment and ultimately defaulting in my payents.
I want to go in for the settlement.

Fraudulent Transactions of Rs 317580 were made from my account without my authorization. When met with the staff they weren't cooperative at all and tried to stall the process by asking bunch o[censored]seless questions and tried to blame it on us. They asked to come later without hearing our problem. They didn't have any registers for complaints either. The staff was not at all helpful and tried to delay the process and maybe hide a few information....

Hello, I am a customer of axis bank. ([protected]) is my bank account number.

My account balance is negative 1500rs because of non maintenance of minimum balance. But you can't make account balance as negative as per rbi rules.
I contacted customer support, they said there is no rules like that and, if there is some rules like that, they don't have any need to follow that....

I am getting worst service from Axis bank. I want to issue new debit card as my previous card was missed. But the axis bank branches, Indore doesn't have debit card to issue to their customer. I have visited two branches till now but nobody has having it. Even the customer care number is chargeable. Called them many times but not getting proper response.
