I had ordered a product from amazon on 30 september 2019 and paid using google pay upi linked to my axis account. I had later cancelled the product. Amazon has generated refund on 3rd october 2019. However i have not received the refund yet. Amazon people are confident that the problem is from axis side since they have given reference number of refund. But axis bank customer care keeps saying that the reference number is of the order placed and not the refund. Amazon said that upi transfers have same reference for order and refund. Kindly look into the matter.

I do not use our credit card till date but Rupees 7637.34 debit from our savings account for credit card payment. But till now I don't know why this amount debited from our savings account. I call to customer care of axis bank but till date no response from axis bank.

Why Amazon prime is deducting money 1024/- every month since last month? I haven’t done anything and neither purchased anything and I have even complaint to amazon and they said they will refund last month i.e. February and still not got my money.

    I deposited two cheques for rs.25000/- each on 28.09.2019 and filled up fds form on the same date. Due to not crediting one cheques proceeds rs25000/ in due course i cancelled fdr opened on 9.10.2019 due to honouring of 5 cheques totalling rs.13000/- as the balance not permitted to honour it. Surprised that 2nd cheques proceeds credited in my account on 14.10.2019., no such appropriate answar given by axis bank chandanagore br. (Sb a/c no.[protected]) i loss 15 days interest. Please enquire and pay interest in due course failing which i proceed to ombadsman rbi for redressal.

      refund not processed to the credit card

      I have raised a complaint to axis bank regarding refund of 400 which seller has initiated on 4th of oct and axis bank has not yet processed it and whenever i ask they always saying to raise a dispute form to seller, but the seller clearly came with transaction id for the refund and axis bank is not ready to trace the refund

      Please make the refund available in my credit card as soon as possible and dont give lame excuses...

      Actually sir, i bought t-shirt from amazon but there was size issue so i had to cancel it but amazon said when i called that he refunded the money but the money didn't credit in my account.         In the name of consolidate charges axis bank deducted my balance near about rs.25000/- in 5 months and now they put my account in minus about rs.41, 000/- and the branch members are very rude while asking to close my account they neglecting it always asking to pay the minus amount and they are telling that we have given you services of that minus amount so you have to pay it.
        Bank not given me any type of amount in my hand or not cleared...

          Last 3 years i am using axis bank saving accounts. I have done few onlune transaction. And deposit money vai cash deposit machine. More over i check my balance deducted last four consolidated charges like 300, 600, 700, 42. That's too much amount will deducted my account. I have contact branch and ask about details they said consolidated charges. What's the reason for too much amount deducted.. You done a limitless charges. I lost 1642 rs in last 6 month... Tell me why you sould do such a thing. I am totally hate about your banking service.

            I’m Gerrard from New York, United States. I lost my job a few months back after my divorce with my wife. I tried everything positive to make sure I took good care of my kids but all failed, and I was in debt which makes everything worse. I was kicked out of my home and i had to live with my neighbor after pleading with her to allow me stay with her for some days while i figure out how to get a home which she agreed, but no one was willing to help anymore. I bumped into this page from google and I was excited about this, then I contacted the hackers. I had just $200, so I pleaded with them to help me because of my condition but they never accepted. I believed in this, so I managed to pawn a few things and got $500. I ordered the $10, 000 card and I got my card delivered to me by Ups 4 days later. I never believed my eyes! I was excited and upset as well, I managed to withdraw $2000 on the ATM and $2500 the second day. I went to Walmart and a grocery and bought a couple of things for $3000. The card got blocked the third day and I contacted them and I was told it's a mistake from my end. I’m so happy, I have started all over again and have a good apartment with my kids you can contact him through is via email ([protected]@gmail.com)

              Hi team,

              My account was blocked and unable to process in between few months, suddenly amount of 5382 has been debited for consolidated charges of account.

              Account was blocked for more than 6 months and unable to do transactions. Suddenly sunday (13-oct-19) 5382 has been debited.

              Please revert back the account and you people are debiting like such amount.

              Kindly reverse back the amount.

                    Firstly bank dedicated rs.1287.5 and rs.231.75 without any reason stating consolidated charge and gst.

                    Now, new messages received from bank saying "consolidated charges (Sep-2019) for a/c no. Xxxx7118:
                    Value added sms alert fee: rs 15
                    Cash transaction fee: rs 1272.5
                    Total: rs 1287.5 (Excl gst)."

                    Not acceptable. Want refund of my hard earned money.

                      Axis bank has charged me 4900 on my savings account till this month. But the bank has not notified or informed me about the charges via any mail or sms or call. When i checked casually today, i was surprised to see it is -4900 rs. It was my salary account a few years ago and the bank itself converted the account to savings without my confirmation. This is cheating from the bank whom we trusted with our money. No a good way to make money.

                        I, ghanshyam have a current account in axis bank in the name of my company "narmada buildcon pvt ltd" in west-janakpuri, new delhi axis bank branch. My company is doing very good and maintaining the account very well. Then on 14 july 2014, my son mohit met with a serious car accident & went to coma for about 4 months and still his treatment is going on. Then as any father will do, my concentration shifted to my son's health instead of business and my company started going in loss. To my sudden shock, axis bank freezed my company's account & even after so many requests they didn't revived my company's account, even i was ready to pay penalty of inr3500 at that time but they didn't and told me to open a new current account in my company's name. The minimum balance requirement of that new account was inr25000 and i was maintaining that account very well all the time. But to my sudden shock, the account went in negative all of a sudden after 8-10 months & upon asking the branch for the same, they told me that they charged the penalty of that old account from this account.
                        How could they do this in case of geniune problem of a father. Request you to help a father in his geniune problem & get the amount reversed to my account which was deducted & waive off all the penalties from my account.

                        Hey i just received message on my registered number that you have closed my query. How can you do this without getting my issue resolved.

                        Juss simply give a answer to my question : " Why Axis Bank has opened new account in the name of same company & even in the same branch instead of my so many requests to unfreeze that account, , even i was ready to pay any penalty or charges at that time, , but no, , you opened new account just to achieve your target. Pl dunn make fool of peoples. I will lodge a legal complaint against you guys for being cheated by you.
                        I sincerely request higher authorities of Axis Bank to have a look & get this case resolved asap, , so that common people can have faith over Bank's.

                        If you guys think that you can do whatever you want, , then dunn be so stupid. RBI & Consumer Court is there to provide justice to common man's.

                        The simple thing in my case is that " Why Axis Bank has opened a new account in the name of same company & even in the same branch instead of charging penalties which were levied by Bank at that time and reactivating the same old account."

                        I simply request Axis Bank to get my case resolved & reverse all the amount that got deducted from my account along-with interest.

                        Pl dunn estimate the power of a common man.

Now request you to initiate the reversal of the money that got debited from my company's account and waive off all the penalties from the same account.                         Should a lodge a complaint in RBI if you are not going to resolve my geniune problem. Why you opened new account in the same branch, , , , i[censored] have to levy any charge then simply charge the penalty at that time and unfreezed the same account but you didn't and opened a new account in the same name & even same branch.

                        Now pl tell how to proceed further, , are you going to reverse the amount that got deducted or should i take legal action against you.

                        The request letter for the reversal of the money that got debited from my company's current account has been submitted to the Bank manager of Axis Bank, Janakpuri West, Delhi Branch on 25th October 2019.
                        Now request you to initiate the reversal process immediately and get the amount reversed to my company's account as soon as possible and waive of all the penalties from the same account.

                          I have reached out to axis bank customer support team multiple times to get the status of refund which was done by error. The merchant confirmed that the reversal is initiated from their end and it is bank who will be getting a refund in a week's time. This happened on 29th september, 2019 and till date i have called almost 5-6 times to axis bank customer support team. Today (October 13th, 2019) i called again to ask the status and today they said send the screenshot to www.axisbank.com and if i am trying to do the same the web chat is reflecting as "all the agents are busy supporting others. Please come back later".
                          Well i do not mind repeating the same thing again. However, if there is a process, then i believe it should be followed and for the same thing, i should not be following up again and again.
                          I do not think axis bank should claim as the best customer support.

                              My account been changed rs.1287.5 and rs.231.75 without any reason as consolidated charge and gst. I did scheduled a neft on saturday 12th oct which is a bank holiday. I added fund today morning. But till then bank charged this fees. There is no reason mentioned, for what this consolidated change is.

                              Not acceptable. Want refund.

                                  I opened an account in axis bank.. When i opened i asked the manager whether it is a zero balance account.. He said yes.. But from may 2019 they're charging monthly for not maintaining the balance in account.. When it is a zero balance account why should i have to maintain.. When i reached customer care and asked them to raise a complaint about this issue they said they can't
