Hii team i am running a car loan from your bank, a person from recovery team named pardeep singh mobile number - [protected] from recovery team axis bank, sector 128, noida, called me today with an abusive language, i am in a medical emergency from last 1 month and he called me started talking in a abusive manner, which is completely unacceptable please take action against this problem, if your team will start missbehaving with customer is not a good thing, please take action against this person otherwise i need to take some legal action against it, please take action against this asap.

    Dear management,
    I am applied for the forex card in your kathua branch (J&k) on 10/10/2019 with all required documents submitted on that day. But one of your employee which is the head of forex dept.in kathua branch is not taking this process on priority and he haras me from 8 days but at last i visted there and ask for the reason of non activating my card in front of branch manager then his reply in cool words "your documents misplaced in our branch and he dont know where is mine document", this is so big shame of your branch in front of customers. After 2 hrs the same documents found on table easily and card activation processed. I am using 4 accounts in axis bank and i never seen this type of negligence in any branch but today i feel so bad that your kathua branch did this type of things with customers. It is not good for customers.

      In june 2018 i opted for credit card settlemnet and axis bank said that they will not mark my account in lien and without my signature they setlled for my 90000 sttlement amount. They said multiple number of times that my account will not go in lien.
      This resulted in close to 11000 account chares and close to 5000 personal loan charges as ecs got bounced because of lien.
      In january they frooze my account and converted that in to savings giving an explanation i did not deposited anything in the account and so it is converted from salary to savings account.
      Now they are charging every month as account charges.
      Could you please ask axix bank to waive of all my account and extra perosnal loan charges for last 2 years.
      My number is [protected] and i have complained them many times.

        My balance from axis bank got deducted for the second time i. E 1050 rupees as i am not using any software or applications that charges in monthly basis, but this is the second time deduction from ecom pur/google* front[protected]/191019/9:56. And if it was from my previous account or somewhere else than i have lost my previous email i'd and phone numbers. And for your information i am not using any chargeable software or applications.           I want to close my credit card but none of their email ids are valid. I sent emails to [protected]@axisbank.com and premium. [protected]@axisbank.com as per the internet. But i received a reply saying the email ids are invalid now.
          Next i tried calling the customer care multiple times. When you call the customer care, the call is heavily charged. Even after waiting for long on the call and spending money, a couple of times i wasn't able to speak to any executive as they were all busy. Finally i was able to speak to an executive who said she'll connect me to the credit card department. Despite waiting for 3 mins after that during which i was charged of course, no one spoke to me. I am frustrated with the axis bank customer service. I want to cancel my credit card. I need immediate resolution.

            My company created salary account in axis bank to which salary never got created. Without my information account got converted into savings account. Now post creating new savings account, i got to know that older account is having balance in minus 7000 rs. I tried closing the same account however bank is asking me to pay the charges for account which i never used.

              Hello sir,

              I talked with axis bank customer care & ordered 1 debit card for me.
              But i received 6 debit cards on different dates in starting of current month.

              I request that it should not charge me as it is not my mistake.
              I have activated debit card ending with 7180 for my regular use which arrives first via blue dart. Please deactivate all other 5 cards & don't charge for it.

                      My card got blocked due to incorrect OTP.I have already called customer service so many times, till now also it has not been unblocked.
                      Due to this I am not able to use my card for any type of online transaction. Also, this card is associated to my salary account.

                      My Axis bank salary account closed by the bank authorities due to no transaction, Now I required some proof to prove that i have transferred some money to some other account.                         I am an Axis bank customer since last 6 years. I recently went to Axis bank Byculla branch in Mumbai to apply for a multi-currency Forex card (in first week of October).

                        Despite telling the Axis bank executive there that I want to apply for a new Forex card, he gave me the wrong form to fill (forex reload). Upon my repeated asking he said that this only is the form. He was not even answering my queries properly and was busy with own work, not even looking at me. I filled the form and gave it to him. After a few hours I got a call from a certain Mr Abdul Ansari from Axis bank, Byculla branch who told me I had filled the wrong form and I would again have to come next day to fill the correct form.
                        Upon coming next day to the bank, Mr Ansari was rude to me and accused me of being late, and also accused me of filling the wrong form (despite me having told the gentleman on the previous day that I want to apply for a new Forex card). As I pointed this out to him, Mr Abdul Ansari suddenly snatched my form and said "humare paas nahi hai forex card, aap jaiye." I asked him his full name after this which he said is Abdul Ansari. I also asked him the full name of the gentleman who had the previous day given me the wrong form but he refused to give me the name (but that gentleman sits on the desk behind Mr Abdul in the Byculla branch).
                        After this disgusting and highly unprofessional behaviour I went to Axis bank, Sion branch to apply for a new forex card. There Mr Abhishek did a commendable job and I got my Forex card ready on the same evening itself.
                        As per him I would be able to reload my Forex card with Euros using my Axis bank mobile app or by online internet banking. However I am unable to do so with both the mobile app and with online internet banking and the error shown is "your savings account is not authorized to transfer funds to this Forex card". I had already given my Axis bank account number at the time of forex card application.
                        As advised by Mr Abhishek I sent an email with screenshot of the error to tcc.[protected]@axisbank.com on 15/10/2019 however I got no response. I also called the Axis forex helpline number and they said the linking of account with forex card will be done at the branch itself.
                        I applied for forex reload to Mr Abhishek on 15/10/2019 who said the reload will be done by today or tomorrow ie 16/10/2019 but it has not happened still.
                        I am leaving for Netherlands on 19/10/2019 at 5 am but if I have to leave without Forex despite coming to Axis bank for this since 2 weeks, it will be Axis bank which is responsible.

                        Kindly ensure that my account is linked with my forex card so that I am able to load it via mobile app or online net banking. Also kindly ensure that I get the amount reloaded in my forex card before 18/10/2019- the form for which I have submitted with Mr Abhishek at Axis bank Sion branch, Mumbai on 15/10/2019.
                        I am posting this complaint here as your Axis bank grievance redressal mechanism itself is a mess and is horrendous, with the OTP for the first step of grievance redressal not getting delivered to my registered mobile number despite multiple attempts. Upon calling Axis bank helpline the operators do not know whom to connect to. So posting here on consumer complaints is a last resort.
                        Despite being a long standing Axis bank customer, I had a very terrible experience with buying and reloading my forex card, and I would not recommend anyone to get a Forex card from Axis bank.

                          Ajit kumar savings bank account amount charged by linkedin on 11th they refunded this amount on 14th money returned to axis axis holds this amount for unknown purpose they are not giving it to me i do not know why??

                          Linkedin refunded inr 55, 224 and this amount is not received in my account because axis bank want to keep money this with him. Linkedin suggested to contact bank as they have release this amount on 14th. Axis bank, kindly release this amount so that it may reflect in my savings account

                            Last month i have 2 cheque bounce on my account .
                            Bajaj and IDS . Starting of month 510 rs got deducted in my account.
                            On 11th Oct Bajaj leived 450 rs that amount also got deducted.
                            On 12th Oct bank has charged consolidated fee Inc GST 1605.21 + 288.94.
                            Again I got a message from the bank for the consolidated charges 1084.91 excluding GST . What is this IAM really confused and how many times u loot public's money .
                            Multiple times you are charging consolidated fee .give me specific charges how much don't simply display as consolidated charges.need to look at this on top priority.

                              I had ordered a product from amazon on 30 september 2019 and paid using google pay upi linked to my axis account. I had later cancelled the product. Amazon has generated refund on 3rd october 2019. However i have not received the refund yet. Amazon people are confident that the problem is from axis side since they have given reference number of refund. But axis bank customer care keeps saying that the reference number is of the order placed and not the refund. Amazon said that upi transfers have same reference for order and refund. Kindly look into the matter.

                              I do not use our credit card till date but Rupees 7637.34 debit from our savings account for credit card payment. But till now I don't know why this amount debited from our savings account. I call to customer care of axis bank but till date no response from axis bank.

                              Why Amazon prime is deducting money 1024/- every month since last month? I haven’t done anything and neither purchased anything and I have even complaint to amazon and they said they will refund last month i.e. February and still not got my money.

                                I deposited two cheques for rs.25000/- each on 28.09.2019 and filled up fds form on the same date. Due to not crediting one cheques proceeds rs25000/ in due course i cancelled fdr opened on 9.10.2019 due to honouring of 5 cheques totalling rs.13000/- as the balance not permitted to honour it. Surprised that 2nd cheques proceeds credited in my account on 14.10.2019., no such appropriate answar given by axis bank chandanagore br. (Sb a/c no.[protected]) i loss 15 days interest. Please enquire and pay interest in due course failing which i proceed to ombadsman rbi for redressal.

                                  refund not processed to the credit card

                                  I have raised a complaint to axis bank regarding refund of 400 which seller has initiated on 4th of oct and axis bank has not yet processed it and whenever i ask they always saying to raise a dispute form to seller, but the seller clearly came with transaction id for the refund and axis bank is not ready to trace the refund

                                  Please make the refund available in my credit card as soon as possible and dont give lame excuses...

                                  Actually sir, i bought t-shirt from amazon but there was size issue so i had to cancel it but amazon said when i called that he refunded the money but the money didn't credit in my account. Amazon said fill a charge dispute form but bank didn't agree to accept this form he says that we only discuss about your debited prblm not credited prbl plz help me.
