Axis Bank — I am not able to login to my Axis bank account from App

It shows error sending SMS, Generic Failure.
I contacted the network operator and they told that everything is fine from their end.
I tried to change my mobile device.
I recharged my mobile number multiple times wasting all my money.
The app just did not allow me to login.

I need to use the Debit Card, the limit for online usage can only be modified from the App, which I can't do due to this login issue. I can't use the card. I can't use any service.

There are many users with same problem. Why can't they just provide other way of login if the user is facing problems with mobile SMS ??

Please help me with this issue. I want to mark this as resolved as soon as possible.
