[Resolved] Axis Bank — I did not receive welcome kit from past 2 months

My name is ranjith r. I opened a (Asap) account through online on september 20. I started online transactions and i was waiting for my welcome kit. Then i received a message that your welcome kit for a/c no. Xx1151 has been dispatched on 21-sep-18 through blue dart courier. They even sent me the tracking no. Xxxxxxx9386 but i did not receive a single call from the courier person. They sent the courier back to the bank. Then i went to my branch which is in indra nagar, 80ft road axis bank. They told me it will be delivered in 7-10 days. I am waiting from past 2 months but did not receive my welcome kit. Today i went to the bank and asked why i did not receive my welcome kit, they are informing me that all the asap accounts are stopped. They also deducted rs.350 for the debit card. But i'm able to do transactions online. Please look into this and do the needful. I'm eagerly waiting for your response.

Hi Team,

This evening 1690/-was deducted from my credit card. Its unauthorized transaction . I have not activated any such plan.

Kindly refund the amount.also, I am not able to connect to the customer care number.

I have not received welcome kit from 17 days and i have a urgent work for education loan disbursement and branch also not issue loose check for this purpose. If they will not provide cheque to me tommorrow i am not Done my studies this year. Sec 55 faridabadaxis bank A/c no [protected]
