[Resolved] Axis Bank — I had made complete payment of my credit card in 6 pdc cheque but still I receive the charge till now .

Hello I am having axis bank credit card which is expired long back but till now I have to make minimum payment to save my cibil . Some years back I was very good customer of axis bank as regular card user and make payment regularly but suddenly I met with chicken pox so that time I am unable to make payment for total outstanding amount and I had given 6 pdc cheques to complete my all outstanding but axis bank every time present the cheque after my due date and I recive late fees and finance charges in next statment I complain about it to customer care and other senior officials but till now no one help me every month I have to make minimum amount to save my cibil but now I feel that I have to now make call to consumer care people for help.

Updated by Kirti Anand Bilaspur For last so many months I am only paying my minimum amount due only to save cibil and not facing any problem but last week I applied for business loan and they reject only for not making payments to axis bank this is fault made by axis bank that's why after paying complete outstanding still facing problems.
