Axis Bank — I m not happy with your services
My self roushan kumar srivastava. I m not happy with you services. My company open the salary account in your bank. Your staff comes in our office and collect the documents. Bank call me and says collect your kit. But i m saying name printed in my cards avilable me. Our staff saying our account actived and your card will be dispacted by mumbai branch in 22 feb. But approx comes in one month not provide my account number and my atm cards. Today i m visting the branch and hand over me instant kit and saying your account open will be a 3 working days. My question is why not provided my printed cards and account number in one months. Not good sign for your branches. Axis bank is a big name of banking sector.
So kindly request please solve my problem urgent basis.
