Axis Bank — Improper customer support | |
Hi this is bharat. I have got a voucher of myntra through axis bank edge rewardz points and i have lost it without redeemimg it. I was trying to contact customer support for the past 2 weeks and no one is responding. The customer support was pathetic. Everytime i was being asked to hold the line, and support executive are not giving proper response. Utter failure from ur side. Dont make excuses like, it is the time of covid bcoz All other operations are being done normal in your bank. Also dont ask me to send a mail to you. I have already done it.
