Axis Bank — imps transaction in suspect status-request for refund

Dear team,

I have made imps transaction today for the amount rs.1000 from my axis account to indian bank account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. Second time again i transferred same amount its credited in her account and transaction completed successfully.
But my first transaction in suspect state so iam requesting you to refund that amount to my account. I have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
I contacted axis bank customer care, but no use.

I received cheque o[censored]r bank but reject due to "image not clear"

I went my bank I checked image is clear then why bank rejected... Plz give proper resion or I will complaint against bank

Hello Team,

I Have account in MG road axis bank bangalore and have 2 loans also and i have paid loan emi but there is late charges need pay 4299 but stupid bank peoples they are holding my amount of Rs 12527.

Why they have holding my amount RS 12527 i need to pay only 4299.
Kindly resolve the my issue.
