This is Ravikiran Yamini. I have made the IMPS transaction of 1, 43, 000/- on 5th June 2022, but the amount is not credited to my beneficiary account which is my salary account of Citibank. When I reached to bank reached to customer support, they are giving me an excuse and asking me to wait for till 8th June evening. I have an EMI which May debit today I.e. 5th June or 6th June because 5th is Sunday. Who shall take the penalty charges and my CBIL effect. Around 35, 000/- is my EMI and remaining amount is for my personal and that too I have borrowed from financier @ 3.5% interest rate. Now, I am unable to use the money which is very emergency to me. Which is ridiculous and am in helpless situation. And I don’t get money outside because I have utilised maximum lending due to my personal financial circumstances.
The IMPS transaction ID is[protected]. If I get my money after two days, that is no where make the sense because it was very emergence to me. The bank representative has given hme interaction number as[protected].
The only request I have and I have here is. I need to clear my EMI dues and wanted to use narrowed amount for my personal which is emergency clearance by 5th June. I shall thank you for your assistance in advance.
