Credit card not delivered but statement generated for due

Axis bank offered me a credit card. Verification completed..till now i didn't receive the card but axis bank sent me the statement of credit card showing due bill for joining fees and gst...but card not delivered till the date .neither i have card details nor card..how can i pay bill without any details..they should make sure before statement generates either customer got card or not..no mail id available to contact axis bank..no contact...

Harassment , Fraud, theft

I use AXIS BANK Credit card for nearly 4 years.
I pay my bill at a regular time.

Axis bank most of the time delays generating bills, sometimes not receiving Email or SMS, even on-axis portal unable to found a bill on a time.

I complain many times to axis bank regarding delayed bill generation and alert.

Even purchase using CC Card. they are an add some hidden charges on purchage. Is...

Lien on saving account

I have been writting to them since 23 days regarding my savings account Lien . They are only saying Lien is coz o[censored]nauthorised payment in Credit card and they make the Lien of double the amount of that as I have 2 account in Axis Bank so they marked both accounts Lien and make the amount double as well . Looting money

Initially at the time of corporate account opening Axis bank agent told its zero balance for 1 year. After 3 months bank started deducting amount of Rs.100 /- every month. Shared documents to close that account but they are not closing and saying various reasons....

Miss behaviour during call

Hi Axis Bank, I Got a call from this +[protected], requesting for personal number,

In call i informed per day I'm getting 3-5 call from axis Bank, if i require any personal loan, I'll visit to the bank and I'll get and inform don't distribute me from Aixs bank,

But, this lady repsentative, without listening what I'm going say, she started abusing me.

Is this manner PPL will be trained in customer...

Issue in deposit cash on cash counter

Hello, I am here at axis bank (branch: chitrakoot, jaipur, rajasthan). Bank staff is not professional as here no one is present at the cashier counter to deposite cash.
I have been troubling in deposite rhe cash many times here in this branch as the staff is doing their works but no one is available here to attend....
