        I already having one my zonne Credit card paying on time,
        Now I applied for new card flipcart of axis
        When i got the card
        Available limit coming but i am not able to use
        I called customer support they are saying me about card merge,
        I want to complain
        That without my confirmation why they merge my card.
        I applied fresh card
        And they merged my card without my permission
        Remove from merge

            This is Ravikiran Yamini. I have made the IMPS transaction of 1, 43, 000/- on 5th June 2022, but the amount is not credited to my beneficiary account which is my salary account of Citibank. When I reached to bank reached to customer support, they are giving me an excuse and asking me to wait for till 8th June evening. I have an EMI which May debit today I.e. 5th June or 6th June because 5th is Sunday. Who shall take the penalty charges and...

            I changed my mobile number but I am not receiving otp to enable my login id

            I am Mythri. I am a axis bank customer since a long time. I have changed my mobile and even though I changed it did not get updated everywhere, I am receiving messages whenever I am using it on UPI and others, but when I try to enable my login details I am not receiving any OTP.                   Credit card department doesn't email regularly. There is no transparency in system as they make customer service very complicated and bank staff are also not supportive in this issue.Last 3 years they are doing same things. I regularly pay their bill in return no solution of my problem.

                        Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like[protected]:31:38 at TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/31.05.22/QATAR AIRWAYS. .While making the payment to Qatar Airways I was charged already extra fees then why after 3 days I am being charged extra. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. you guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.
                        I want to know about it as well as get a refund.

                          Not able to merge or close the account - Account blocked

                          Hi,

                          I have two accounts with two different customer IDs in Axis Bank.

                          My active account been blocked for any transactions.

                          I have submitted the merge request and it's failed as the account types are different - Salary and Savings (Zero balance)

                          I tried to close the inactive account and they told it can't be done for Zero balance account.

                          At the same time, I'm ready...

If I ask customer care they say if I use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged.                                 I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My Credit card number is XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXX. I recently received a bill of amount Rs. 115804

                                This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as me & my wife has fallen under hard time in recent months, no one support us financially but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.
