[Resolved] Axis Bank — imps - transaction status showing as suspect | |||
I have made imps transaction yesterday (11th July 2018) for the amount rs.40, 000 from my axis account to my federal bank account..The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited till now. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue. I contacted the branch office... but no use. PH- [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 14, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved after waiting 2 days i didnt get any solution for it and i have contacted the customer care and they solved my issue, within 6 hr the amount credited to my account...
