[Resolved] Axis Bank — Imps transfer didn't happen | |||||
I'm holding an NRO account with Axis bank and hardly do any transactions with Axis bank because of service issues. i did one IMPS transfer of 10, 000 Rs yesterday evening around 5:00 p.m from my NRO account [protected] to Kotak Mahindra Bank under ref # IMPS/P2A/[protected] / [protected]KKBK. I called your contact centre yesterday to find out why the funds are not credited and I got a revert that wait till today morning and it will be credited to beneficiary account. Amount is still not credited and again I called the call centre and the officer replied that it is showing for your transaction Timed out and it will take 2 working days and not sure whether it will credited back to my account or beneficiary account. This is not problem that session timed out. I want to know where the funds and when it will be credited IMPS? Was this information helpful? | |||||
