Axis Bank — Incident happen on 1st jan 2017 | |||||
I was booked a train ticket via IRCTC mobile app using Axis bank debit card on 1st jan 2017. The amount was processed and debited in my account but the ticket was not booked. Please help to refund the amount (180 rupees). I made a call many times to customer care but they are not responding. kindly help to clarify the status of my amount debited. pls help as soon as possible.
