[Resolved] Axis Bank — indigo flight booking | |||
I booked a round trip flight from delhi to mumbai (Pnr fdr5jz) from the indigo website amounting to 5, 996 inr on 8th august 2018. However the payment did not go through, as the booking was put on hold and eventually cancelled because of non-payment. The money was however deducted from my account. After the money was not refunded even by october i put forth a complaint to axis bank. I have also spoken to indigo who let me know that the mistake did not take place from their side. However my complaint has not been resolved yet and i have received no response from axis bank. I have attached relevant screenshots, please look into this. Thank you.
