Axis Bank — Information regarding Payment debited from my account but not credited in merchant account. | |||||
My name is Anisha sharma, I have made a payment on 7th March 2017 at 11:57 am to indigo worth Rs 4138 . The amount is deducted from my account but merchant said the amount is pending. I have called mailed axis bank phone banking centres and your executives are not providing me any details that whether the payment is stuck at your end or merchants end. My axis bank complaint number is 29533904. Every time I call your phone banking executives disguise me and give me different answers. On 8th and 9th March they said, That the transaction is not successful at axis bank end and the amount will be credited back to my account by 9th March evening. On 10th March they are saying please mail a scanned copy of mail along with details to customer care and they will revert between 30 days - 120 days. I have a flight next week on 16 March atleast please confirm me actual status of the transaction instars of disguising me so that atleast I can make payment to the merchant again. Sorry to say but it is very shameful at end of the bank that you are harasing your customer with new new statements every day. Was this information helpful? | |||||
