[Resolved] Axis Bank — invalid transactions | |||
There were several invalid and fraudulant transactions on my credit card ending with no. 7279 on the date 22 june 2019. My card was in my possession but several transactions relating messages were received on my mobile as well as on email. These transactions were not done by me and my card was safe in my custody, then how it happened. An enquiry about unauthorised transactions is required. The money which is lost or debited should be returned to me and compensation regarding these transactions for my mental and physical disturbance is also required. Was this information helpful? | |||
