Sir, Same problem Invalid User Credentials is showing. I am not able to open Net Banking. I have already submitted request form for activation of Net Banking but no use. Whenever I’m trying to login through the website, it says that my customer ID and my registered phone number are invalid credentials.
I even tried to authenticate my account using the app but there too it says invalid credentials.

I tried to register myself with internet banking and got invalid credentials error, please help resolve this. Why are you guys showing resolved when an error still exists, please solve it as soon as possible, I am facing these errors for many months, and this is against the reputation of Axis Bank which I trust over all the other banks.

I was having same issues, Then I took help from Customer care, Many customer care executives did not understand issue, Very few actually know solutions.
But One thing worked: Go to ATM and change PIN

I am also facing the same problem, not able to login and not able to activate/generate mpin.
now i want to cancel the CC, but for that also there is no one available

I am also having same problem, opened asap account but unable to register using customer id, getting invalid user credentials also tried login using virtual debit card, same error happened.
