Axis Bank — lean charges applied to my salary account

I hold an account with axis bank, vashi - sector 17 branch, this account was opened by my employers in the year 2014, as salary account, due to some reasons i had to leave that job, and i never used this account, again my other employers wants me to have axis account so i requested to reactivate this account, but vashi is too far for me to travel so itold them to transfer my account to mulund west branch. They denied to do so as vashi branch has put negative balance of (-1405rs./) to my account, from last two months i am requesting to wave off this charges to vashi axis bank, but not getting single response from them.

Also this charges which are applied are against the rbi norms, rbi clearly says bank cannot apply any charges for non maintaining the balance. My salary goes on hold because of your slow response, please do the needful at earliest, as will have to do some legal action against the bank.
