Axis Bank — lien amount and charges on lien amount

Hi team,

Iam holding axis bank credit card since 4 years and iam not using it from past 1 year and they have sent my savings account into lien for 3 months and they have taken around 86000 rupees and they kept this amount in lien and they are charging me late payment charges and even though the have kept sufficient amount in lien. This happened with out intimation. When i called to customer they are very rude and not even answering the call properly and this is happening since 4 months still.

My mobile no. is registered and I also received message when I installed app but it show error your Activation SMS has not reached us.please click on retry to send the SMS again.
Don't take any loan from axis bank, especially personal loan..don't take account also in axis bank...very bad service and they will eat our amount...if we will give any complaint about anything, they can't solve also...this is my small request don't go to axis bank..all services is very bad
My saving A/c. No. is [protected]. I sent the money from my account through IMPS of Rs.5, 000/- on 03.03.2018 to account No.[protected] (State Bank of India), but that amount was not received in this account. Therefore, i am requesting you to please refund my money as soon as possible.

I have a saving ac but now I want it transfer in sallery ac.But bank employee says that they don't know what is processure.The Bank employees are very lazy and rude.They talk in rude and abuse language.I also send a fax to RBI and PM office.
Dear Sir, I am a regular customer of Axis Bank. There were 9 .14 Rupees in my account. After one day when I opened my account and saw (-) 344.86 balance show in it. It is telling that the lien is telling the charge. Please solve it by clearing it.
