My name is Atul Abhishek. During this lockdown, my salary was not credited as expected and the due date of the loan amount was passed. Because of this, my saving account was marked as negative after deducting the loan amount and very next day, I added sufficient funds to my account as well to make it positive. Now, I am being asked to make the same payment again which was already deducted from my saving account towards loan installment. I talked to your customer service department and they asked to call loan dept. I have called 4-5 times and they are unable to release the amount and put back to loan account. I don't have additional money to make the payment again. Now, the loan customer service dept is disconnecting the call in between without assisting. Please check on this and fix the issue ASAP. My loan account number is PPR[protected] and the SR number is 7063334. I want it to be resolved at earliest and lien amount to be credited to loan account which has already been deducted from saving account.
