Axis Bank — Lien amount removal

Date of transaction is 15 april

I received 10k+ from friend and then someone did complaint on my account (4th layer) I called to axis helpline number they said to go branch then I went to branch very next day they said to go my home branch which is located 1k km way from me then I req them to change my home branch to they didn't did and told me to add inr in account your lien amount will be removed then I did but still had same issue I went to branch again they still not answered me clearly about my complaint still my account lien with 3k+ inr without any reason (Btw that guy removed his complaint by going to police station)
