Hi Axis Bank,
I have my salary account in Axis Bank, Tiruvanmiur Branch, Chennai. I checked my account on 19/10/2020 and was shocked. Because I have Rs -1596.15 (Negative Balance).
Two days before, I checked the same account on 17/10/2020. On that day I had Rs +478.92 after a transaction. I received a mail notification for that transaction.
But, On 18/10/2020 Axis bank debited Rs 417.04 for Consolidated Charge and Rs 75.07 for GST without any SMS or Mail notification. Not only that, they locked Rs 1596.15 for linen balance. I didn't receive any notification about the linen balance.
I have a credit card, I have been paying my credit card bills every month without fail. So, why they locked my amount in linen balance? And, why they charged me Rs 417.04 for consolidated charge?
I faced this issue from the last two months (Sep & Oct 2020). I tried to call customer care numbers. I couldn't connect to them.
I request you to resolve the issue and return back my amount in to my account. For your reference I have attached a few photos.
