Axis Bank — lien marked

Dear axis bank,
In february 2017 the bank lien marked my account and locked around 6000/- rs without any information. I called customer care & got an answer that bank sent me sms about it (Wrong information) & the lien will be removed automatically on third saturday (Wrong information). Then i wrote a mail to cusomer care, they asked me to visit any axis bank branch to get lien removed. I visited jabalpur (M. P.) & there a lady informed me that bank credited me a salary by mistake (Wrong information), & hence bank can take it back at any point of time. After getting this foolish reply i wrote to customer care again about the reply i got at branch. Now to my surprise, i got a reply that i should visit axis bank branch for the solution... (That means your customer care department does not even read the matter before replying.) anyway! I requested to read the mail again. Meanwhile the amount was deducted from account and i got a reply that my lien mark is removed (Thank god, they didn't congratulate me for that).in every reply few things were common, firs, t apologies for delay in response & second, a timeline by which i will get the matter resolved & i never got a reply within that timeline, in fact i had to remind that i am expecting a proper reply and refund of my money. A new reply i got was that it was debit card charge related to ratlam branch (Wrong information). Few more different reasons given to me for lien mark (At least 4 different reasons till now). No one felt sorry for the wrong information shared, because even if one of the reason of lien marking is true than all other reasons are wrong, but who cares at axis bank. Some mails included a new request number.
In last mail again a request is raised by your customer care team with reference number 33209892 and they informed me that they will revert me at the "earliest". It happened on 9th of august and since then, i am waiting for this "earliest" time.

कार्ड खाते से डेबिट हो गया लेकिन लाभार्थी कार्ड खाते को क्रेडिट नहीं किया गया। यदि लाभार्थी के खाते में क्रेडिट नहीं होता है तो, टी + 1 दिन के भीतर लेन-देन को रिवर्स किया जाए। टी + 1 दिन से अधिक विलंब होने पर ₹ 100/- प्रति दिन।
ख पीओएस पर नकदी सहित प्वाइंट ऑफ सेल (पीओएस) (कार्ड प्रेजेंट)

खाते से डेबिट किया गया, लेकिन मर्चेंट लोकेशन पर इसकी पुष्टि प्राप्त नहीं हुई अर्थात चार्ज-स्लिप जनरेट नहीं हुई। टी + 5 दिनों के भीतर ऑटो-रिवर्सल। टी + 5 दिनों के बाद विलंब होने पर ₹ 100/- प्रति दिन।
ग कार्ड नॉट प्रेजेंट (सीएनपी) (ई-कॉमर्स)

खाते से डेबिट हो गया, लेकिन व्यापारी के सिस्टम में इसकी पुष्टि नहीं हुई।
