Axis Bank — loan executive is asking for money to proceed the loan application

Hi,
I have applied for home loan top up and submitted all my documents along with DD of 1180 rs in favor of Axis Bank Ltd on 21 Jan 2018. The below Axis Securities person has collected the document and taken 900 Rs through Paytm to sanction the loan amount through his senior.

After 11 days they have not even shared the application number. whenever i called the person he is not replying and asking for 2000 Rs to proceed the loan application. So many times i tried to contact Axis Bank customer but they said you will have to call Axis Securities person.
