Axis Bank — loan part payment delay

Sir, I made a part payment of RS. 1 Lakh from my axis bank to axis personal loan account on 23rd Jan 2018. My amount got credited on the same day

In spite of email them, I was finally asked on the third day i.e. on 26th Jan 2018, if I want to go for emi amount reduction or no. of emi reduction, for which I promptly responded over phone and thru email also

From the day my amount was debited, and till today i.e., 5th Feb 2018 I am harrassed with only messages saying its team is reviewing it.

And finally today I got a repayment schedule, giving the amount as received on today, . I had my monthly emi pmt on every 5th and after making this month payment thru ecs, the credit amount of RS. 1 Lakh was accepted as received

I am made to pay the full interest of the entire amt for this month not on the remaining principle

The bank has harassed me the last 15 days. And now finally they have done, what they felt it convenient. Then who is going to pay interest for my amount debited and held for 15 days with the bank

The banks are showing their super power to a common man.

Dear Sir, the amount of rs 1899 for one assist service was deducted from my account by your bank representative. My consent for the service was not taken and the amount was deducted instantly. Kindly refund the amount at your earliest.
