I have booked a locker in axis bank from mobile app after couple of days due to some personal reasons i decided not to avail the locker service and i didn't received any locker key from bank. The same was informed to the axis bank and they said the rent for 2 months will be refunded after 14days. I waited no refund was initiated in addition they have charged rent amount for next financial year. Due to this my account balance has turned to negative, i got lean balance of 8, 624/- (7500 locker rent + 1124 tax)
Again i raise the issue, now they are saying we will charge for another two months rent as pro data basis and you will get remaining amount i. E. 6, 250 only. (Where i wont the tax amount i. E. 1124)
I lost total amount of
A. Rs. 1380 initial two months locker rent + tax
B. Rs. 1437 rent for another two months (Because of bank delay came to next financial year)
C. Rs. 1124 tax amount
Total a+b+c=3, 941 is loss for me.
Without using locker i was charged rent of rs.3, 941/- how fare is it. Was this information helpful? |
