Axis Bank Ltd — regarding fake credit card

I have got my credit card from axis bank in april 2017 month on my kyc. But now in the september 2017 on behalf of my kyc, bank issued four more credit cards to some other unknown persons with the name of amit kumar, darshan lal, meena kumari, mahender singh. All these are add on with my personal credit card with the name sachin narula. When i ask to bank they don't take it seriously. They do not co-operate with me and demanding for the fake credit cards from me. Now what should i have to do, either submit an fir or wait for your action.
