I hold a meal card for over six months now, and also internet banking credentials provided for the card on the time of issuance. When i try to login in to internet banking to verify my transactions, it prompts " User is blocked " . I have tried reaching customer care hundreds of times, but ended up with the same annoying response all the times that they don't deal with meal card and they stopped it a while ago.
My question is :
1) you are the only one bank with the worst customer service.
2) I suspect some balance deductions from Meal card and i could not verify it anyhow. you are liable to pay me back if any deductions not by me.
3) If i don't get any prompt response from you, i might raise a consumer case and seek for the high compensation.
Note : I have all the documents including the lots of complaints i addressed to all levels of officers, Recorded customer care calls. Was this information helpful? |
