[Resolved] Axis Bank — Misbehave from the employees of Bank | |||
I have opened a current A/c [protected] with this bank's Upper Govind Nagar, Malad branch, branch code is 001348, not a tall satisfied with the way the employees of branch are treating us, for even basic facilities we have to call them again & again, but not receiving any satisfactory resolution of my problems. Mr Nitesh (Mobile No:[protected]), Mr Raju dhotre (Mobile No:[protected]/[protected]) & BM Mr Prashantha Shetty (Mobile No:[protected]/[protected]) are continuously forcing us to invest Rs 2 Lacs in Max Insurance plan, and then only they’ll provide us proper services. Due to his pressure I have already invested Rs 25000/- in Max Insurance earlier at the time of opening my current account, till date not received any paper regarding the same, the amount has been debited from my account on 27th March’ 2014. I requested concern authorities to look into this matter and help us to get back my Rs 25000/-also ask them to stop harassing me.
