Axis Bank — misbehaviour of recovery agent to family members

Hello,

I am honor of axis bank credit card but due in retrchment and because of this i'm unable to pay my bill.

Recovery agencies came to my perents house and torment my family members and told they will take away assets for recovery. Also they said they scolding them said police will forcefully take all of you to jail (Recovery agent came on bike on which police is written). He also scolding in name of 11 months old baby.

Can you please help me with this??

Updated by Vaishal Thakkar They also discuss things with neighbors which is violation of RBI fair practice code. Also they do more then 100s of calls in a day from more then 5 people, this seems very frustrating.
