Axis Bank — misbehaviour with senior citizen | |||
I am a senior citizens and retired acp from delhi police and holding an account in axis bank branch (Meera bagh, new delhi 110087) from last 10 years. I and my family members have our account in this bank only as a priority costomer. My greviennce is that the personnel manager mr vipin kukereja is a man of very rude behaviour, lacking any compassion and service to the coustmer especially seniors. He never picks up the call and is busy on his private chats and ignores the calls of business purposes, siting the reason that he is not bound to pick up the call of business nature Today i:e 2/12/2019 i visited the branch inspite of ill-health for my pension related queries as i was not getting any reply from the bank inspite of repeated calls, but mr kukereja behaved rudely with disrespect leading to aniexty and palpitations in me. I brought all this to the manager of thr bankmr amit aggarwal, who ignored it outright and took no action against the employee. I would request the bank authorities to enquire about this kind of behaviour and ensure that the senior citizens are treated with respect they deserve and ensure that this doesn't happen again with reputed bank like axis bank.
