[Resolved] Axis Bank — Misguided about the policy | |||||
Hello sir/ mam My name is avtar singh. i am from punjab. my policy number is[protected]. i have a complaint regarding axis bank employees as they misguided me about the policy and gave me wrong information about it. i came to know about it when i received a booklet at home mentioning all information about my policy and the money i will be receiving after maturing of policy. it was all different as i was told. after receiving booklet i talked to the customer provider about it. but they told that they didn't gave me wrong information. which is totally wrong. i also emailed to their head office regarding this all incident. but they told me they can not do anything. then is told them to refund my policy but they did not a single good in my side. as i know that the information provided to me was totally different after receiving the booklet. i went to their office many times. but they are keep saying they can't do anything. moreover, they also took my signature on a blank form and told they are gonna fill that by their self. please help me with this. i just want to refund my policy back. if you require any further information, you can call [protected] and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com. please reply asap.
